FAQ

1. Is there order tracking?
- Order tracking is included on all shipments. Depending on factors such as order size and item availability, your order may be segmented and some products might ship separately. Please allow some time (this can sometimes take up to a full week) for the tracking numbers to be created and sent out.


2. What is your returns/exchanges policy?
- Replacements are offered for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Reach out within 30 days of receiving your order to [email protected] with a photo of the issue, your order number, and a short description of the issue. Each item is made to order, so there is no returns/exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.


3. Where will my order be shipped from?
- Orders are processed and shipped out of a variety of fulfillment locations worldwide. This depends on your location as well as your selected product(s) availability. Please note that all orders are potentially subject to customs duty and tax fees. All customs duty and tax fees aquired during shipping are the customer's responsibility to pay upon delivery.
